What the Service does

Gachapop helps you create branded content and publish it to your own connected social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, and over time TikTok and YouTube) through those platforms’ official APIs. You stay in control: nothing is published until you approve it.

Your accounts and your content

• You authorise us to publish the content you approve to the accounts you connect. You can disconnect at any time.
• You confirm you own, or have the rights to, the content you publish, and that you have permission to manage the accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of each platform you post to.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or spam content, to harass anyone, or to break the terms or community guidelines of Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, or any other platform. Don’t attempt to misuse, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

Platform compliance

The Service connects to social platforms via their official APIs and acts only with your authorisation. Your use of those platforms through the Service is also governed by each platform’s own terms. Platforms may change or limit their APIs, which can affect features.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content. We keep ownership of the Service. We don’t claim rights over your brand or posts beyond what we need to provide the feature you asked for.

Availability & no warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we’re not responsible for outages or changes on the platforms we connect to.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BruuLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
